New Adventure

I am very happy to report my culinary journey continues as I am in the process of transitioning to a new job.  I have been offered a job in Great Barrington, MA as the Chef of Allium. I am very excited and can’t wait to get there.

It might be a few weeks before I will have a chance to post on here as I will be moving.  But once I get settled and begin work you can be sure there will be a lot more posts to come.

I would also like to say thank you to everyone that has helped me to get where I am in my career today. It has been a long journey, but a great one and things are only going to get better from here.
