About me….

I grew up in St. Augustine, Florida and began my restaurant career at age 14. I knew from a very young age I wanted to be a Chef. After graduating from culinary school I moved to Orlando, FL then to Charleston, SC and then to Washington, DC where I currently work and reside.

I have worked in some of the best unheard of and heard of restaurants on the East Coast. I love food and the way it’s progressing through “molecular gastronomy”.  Surprising the senses of people is something I have really enjoyed learning about.

This is going to be a log for me to track what I have done and would like to do with food. A place to share my evolving journey using aromas, flavors, textures and cooking methods to expand our appreciation of food.
